The house is located in Praire Point, a new and beautiful neighborhood in the south part of Winnipeg. It is 7mins drive to the U of M, 20mins to Downtown, 8min walk to bus stop, play park and few minutes drive to shops and gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood with trails around to enjoy nature. The house opens up to a lake at the back with a big backyard and has large windows that overlook the lake and you can enjoy a cup of coffee while looking at the beautiful scenery.
I am mostly available 24hours of the day for any emergency. Guest will have their space to themselves except when we have to enter the unit for any emergency. I will usually not enter without notice except in an emergency.
The house is located in the new neighborhood of Praire Point. A serene and beautiful neighborhood in the south part of Winnipeg. It is 7mins drive to the U of M, 20mins Downtown, 8min walk to bus stop, play park and few minutes drive to shops and gas stations. There are a couple of lakes in the neighborhood with trails around to enjoy nature. The neighborhood is very accessible. There is a bus route with the bus stop about 8mins away. There is parking available at the front of the house and on the street.
