Larkspur, one of the posh areas of Edmonton , small larkspur lake on walking distance and quite neighborhood. Most of the houses in this area are more than 2500 sq feet. Excellent location and one of the biggest mall near by (1.5 km)
Four parking's on drive way and unlimited parking on the street. But street parking is not allowed more than 72 hours on the same place. You have to change the spot after 72 hours.
