Cozy century-old Newfoundland Jellybean home centrally located in the historic St. John's. Less than a 5 minute stroll to the legendary George St., restaurants, shops, pubs, and historic sites. This property has been renovated while maintaining its historical charm. It can sleep up to 10 people in five large bedrooms and private washrooms. Come experience this amazing location! Enter through the grand historic entryway where your private room will await you on your respective floor. Relax on the comfy queen sized bed after a busy day of sightseeing. Watch some Netflix on the smart TV ahead of taking a shower in your private bathroom located on the same floor (all rooms have en-suite bathrooms except Room 1 on the first floor which has a private bathroom with it’s own keys). Wake up to a fresh cup of coffee from your private coffee maker. Make a plan for the day with access to our wireless internet and curated tips. You are welcome to make a meal on the first floor in the shared kitchen. There is a paid MetroPark garage 2 minute walk from the house. Access the coin-operated washer and dryer in the kitchen. Note that the property may be noisy because of its central location.

St. John's, a city on Newfoundland island off Canada's Atlantic coast, is the capital of Newfoundland and Labrador province. Its harbour was settled by the British in the 1600s. Downtown is known for its colourful row houses. Above the city is Signal Hill with walking trails and the site of the first transatlantic wireless communication, Cabot Tower, which commemorates John Cabot's discovery of Newfoundland. This home is located in the historic centre of town, among the bustling shops, restaurants, and pubs. Walking distance from many attractions, including George Street, The Rooms, the harbour, Convention Center, and Signal Hill. With a variety of annual events and festivals, unique attractions, breathtaking land and seascapes, there's something for everyone. Many attractions are within walking distance of the property. We recommend you book in advance if you are renting a vehicle. If you need a taxi, a few options are Newfound Cabs, City Wide Taxi, and Executive Taxi (see our guidebook for taxi phone numbers). If looking to take public transit, the nearest bus stop is a 3 minute walk on the corner of Water Street and McBrides Hill.
