Select a damage protection option – • Pay a 50 CAD non-refundable damage waiver (covers up to 700 CAD in accidental damage), OR • Choose a 700 CAD refundable security deposit (held 2 days before check-in, released 5 days after checkout). A 2% fee applies; refunded total is 686 CAD unless canceled before processing. All steps must be completed to receive check-in details and entry instructions. IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: ★ Grande Rockies Update: Hallway Replacement Project - There's an ONGOING Hallway Renovation Project. You will see information/caution signs in the lobby and by all elevators in place. We have one designated underground parking stall in the parkade of the complex. Height Clearance: 7 feet. Pack & Play Policy: We offer a Pack & Play at no cost with 24 hrs notice before check-in. Requests after check-in incur a 75 CAD delivery fee. An overnight supervisor will be on site to support guards & guests, and respond promptly to concerns. NOTE: - No smoking (cigarettes, marijuana, vaping).
