This custom built house is located on 4,500 sqft of the gorgeous hill providing with stunning views of mountain and valley and access to nature. Amazing mountain views, a large hot tub for spa, and a beautiful deck to enjoy summer evenings, sunset, and star gazing are some of the features that makes this vacation home a special one. Other features: - Barbeque on back garden - 4 bedrooms (2 kind & 2 queen beds) & 4 full bathrooms - Central AC and Heating system - High ceiling - Dedicated work space/desk Nearby places/attractions or outdoor activities to do: - Mount Thom Trail: 4 mins walk. Pet friendly hiking trail. - Jinkerson Park: 7 mins walk. Best for outdoor activities for children. - Local Market and restuarants: 4 kms / 6 mins drive - Cultus lake and Water Park: 10 Kms/15 mins drive - Whitewater Rafting: 15 kms/ 20 mins drive - Camping: A number of camp ground nearby in 15-20 mins drive - Harrison Hot Spring: 34 kms / 30 mins drive - Bridal Falls: 20 Kms / 20 mins drive
