Located just outside of Cape Breton Island, in Mulgrave, this 5000 sq ft Mansion has a style all its own. The property is on 10 acres of land with ponds and ATV trails. A luxurious upscale place to spend few nights during your visit to world famous Cabot trails. High end finishings, marble and hardwood floors, two balconies over looking to Strait of Canso, you will truly enjoy your stay. Whether it is a girl’s getaway, special occasion with your loved one or a family vacation, this is for you. When you are driving up the hill to the property you will feel like you are being led in the wrong direction. This is far from the truth. When you pull into the property you will drive past two beautiful ponds on the right, and will drive up to a large estate. ATV tours available by the independent ATV operator in the area, we can provide you the contact number if you are interested in booking ATV tours. SWIMMING POOL ON THE PROPERTY IS CLOSED AND NOT AVAILABLE FOR USE AND NOT OFFERED WITH THE LISTING.
