Naya Kozy was established in 2025, and its management is in charge of two listings. We are guest-centered, and we go all out to meet our guests' expectations. Lastly, we welcome everyone into our hearts to explore St. John's and beyond.

Property information

Naya Kozy has a beautiful layout with plenty of seating area in the living room. The stylish dining set can accommodate up to 6 people at any mealtime. Besides the picturesque look, the apartment's wall art will be a talking point for our guests. A stylish kitchenette and cooking utensils further enhance the home-away-from-home experience. Our bedding provides a restful, stress-free night's sleep for a successful vacation and business trip.

Naya Kozy is located in one of the quietest and most beautiful subdivisions in St. John's. Our guests are able to easily access Walmart Supercenter and Sobeys for all kinds of groceries in a 5-minute drive. Restaurants like Boston Pizza, Sushi Island, and Quesada Burritos & Tacos also offer the best menu options. Whether you enjoy shopping or prefer to window-shop, Avalon Mall is your ideal one-stop shopping center, located just an 8-minute drive away. The mall offers a variety of unique services, including movie screenings, indoor recreational activities, and a wide selection of food and beverage options. What's more, within 7 minutes of driving, there is a wonderful community park at Kenmount Terrace, which features an asphalt trail for hiking/walking and biking.
