Please Note: If you smoke please don't book, I’m sorry, but smoking is not allowed on my property. No Electric or Plugin Car charging Permissible on the property. No Crypto mining. This stunning ground level Three bedroom suite is newly renovated and furnished. It has everything you need for a stay that feels just like home for up to 7 guests: Big Size covered Patio with BBQ and amazing view of Frazer river and Mountains. Two bright bedrooms with cozy queen beds and bed side tables, a spacious Modern Kitchen with all amenities, a comfortable living room area with sofa bed, accent chairs and mini movable dining table, and an elegant bathroom with a standing shower. and ample of storage under stairs for your luggage. Free independent big size parking for you big size vehicle from the back of the house beside your suite, as shown in the pictures. No Electric or Plugin car charging. Map to the back lane access also in the pictures. Free street parking in front of the house. Separate Laundry Is Available Garage. You can Access it through the Third Bedroom. This Suite does not have central AC. Only portable AC during Summer. You can park in the front of the house on the street on Wallace Dr and walk through the steps on right side of the house to back or If you want to park close to your suite which is more convenient to carry your luggage, The house also has a back lane access through street name Wellington Dr. When u turn on Wellington Dr take first left in the back lane keep following the back lane and turn right and about 5 houses down you will see the house. The address on back is written on the fence as-well. And i have attached a map for back lane access in the pictures. If any questions feel free to contact me.
