The property has 3 bedrooms that can host up to 8 people, 2 SHARED bathrooms, and SHARED common areas. 15-mins drive to Downtown, UBC, Granville Island. Walking-distance to grocery stores. Bus stop in front of the property. Keyless entry, plenty free parking SHARED spacious living space features full kitchen, couch, TV, dining table, coffee machine and kettle. Security camera, security alarm, smoke detector, fire extinguisher, first aid kit provided on site.
