Property information

Four separate bedrooms available in our recently renovated home located 6 minutes driving distance away from Ottawa International Airport (YOW). Living room, kitchen and two full bathrooms are shared among all guests. Each bedroom and shared space is fully equipped with everything that is needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen is ready with kitchenware and appliances. Our property includes air conditioning, unlimited Wi-Fi and all utilities for no additional charge.

Neighbourhood information

It is located at a one-minute walking distance from the OC Transpo bus stop and at a 3-minute driving distance from South Keys shopping center. Many restaurants, fast food, and entertainment options are located nearby (Cineplex Odeon movie theater, Hylands Golf Club, and many more). This listing is a great option for students or academic professionals as access to the University of Ottawa and Carleton is very quick. 18 minutes away from downtown by car and 35 minutes by public transportation.
