Our 300 sqft studio, only accessible by the stairs, is perfect for business travelers looking for a convenient and affordable place to stay in Montreal. The studio is located in the lively Little Italy neighborhood, just steps from some of the best restaurants, bars, and cafes in the city. Our apartments are in the heart of lively communities, inviting you to experience the charm of the area like a true local. They are designed to meet the needs of the modern traveler, whether for business or pleasure, solo, as a couple or as a family. Please note this sunny apartment is in a semi-basement, accessible just a half flight of stairs down from the street entrance. Before you arrive, you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. To cover you up to 500CAD, it includes the choice between: Option 1: a security deposit with a non-refundable fee of 15CAD Option 2: a non-refundable damage waiver of 35CAD. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
