Located on a quiet corner lot, it's just a short drive or 30-minute walk to downtown, Kinsmen Beach, and local cafés. The fully stocked kitchen includes full-size appliances (no dishwasher), essentials, and a sample of local coffee. Enjoy the comfy sectional and TV in the living room, plus queen beds with hotel-quality linens in both bedrooms. The bathroom features a walk-in shower and local toiletries. Outside, relax around the fire pit or grill on the natural gas BBQ. A portable AC unit and in-home laundry add to your comfort. This property requires you to choose between an insurance waiver or a security deposit to protect against damages during your stay. The non-refundable insurance waiver covers accidental damages up to a thousand dollars for a small upfront fee, giving you peace of mind without worrying about repair costs.
