This charming and cozy residence is ideally located in a vibrant community, offering convenience and comfort with its proximity to U of A, Southgate mall, Whitemud etc. The quiet surroundings provide an ideal environment for focused study sessions or work, while the nearby amenities offer a perfect balance for work or play.

Allendale is a residential neighborhood located in south west Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The neighborhood is named for the Allen family, who owned a farm there.
