Please allow me to make my place your home away from home❤️ My place is in a pedestrian friendly neighbourhood (with parking) perfect for tourists & business professionals. So, kick back, relax in a quiet, secure, cozy condo in the heart of downtown within walking distance to great shopping, restaurants, entertainment & nightlife. Only a 5-10 min walk to the Calgary Tower, BMO Centre / Stampede & to many supermarkets. A 15-20 min walk to the Convention Center, Stephan Ave, 17th Ave & Devonian Gardens. Only 1.2 hrs to Canmore; 1.5 hrs to Banff **Highlights** Bedroom with queen size bed and all the essentials for a good night’s rest incl. hotel quality linens, bedding, mattress, several pillows & blackout curtains. Bedroom incl. a drawer & closet with hanging space. Sofa-bed in case you’d like separate beds or would like additional guests over. Full bathroom with vanity, tub & shower equipped with full sized towels, hand & makeup towels & hair blower. Fully stocked kitchen (electric stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, dishwasher & Keurig coffee maker with cups, & sugar) equipped with cookware, utensils and server ware. The Beltline / Downtown is one of the most vibrant and up and coming areas in the City of Calgary, with new businesses, entertainment (incl. Stampede Park), restaurants, spas, convention centers, retail stores and downtown Calgary within walking distance of my rental. I love this place because it’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood called Victoria Park (the Condominium is also quiet) with wonderful and respectful neighbors. My rental sits just outside the hustle and bustle of downtown Calgary but close enough to enjoy its benefits. I have provided a pic demonstrating the location of my rental in the photos section.
