We live in Vancouver and will be in contact with you as needed. If there is an emergency, we can always drive up to Whistler to solve any extremely urgent issues (which there shouldn't be). One thing to note is that while this unit is conveniently located at the Cascade Lodge, this particular suite is managed by me and is NOT in the rental pool. Vacasa will perform the check-ins and check outs, and provide on-site maintenance support if required, however, other "standard" hotel services are not included. For example, this room is NOT eligible for any housekeeping services outside of the final clean at the end of your stay.
