Welcome to a quiet, rustic, roomy retreat in Port Franks, home to a fabulous sandy beach with shallow waters perfect for young children. This spacious cottage accommodates 4 guests who wish to vacation together. You have access to 2 spacious bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large cathedral ceiling family room upstairs where families can cook, eat and enjoy board games, puzzles, books etc. You will also have access to enjoy the balcony that has a partial view of the lake. A new ductless mini split air conditioner/heater unit has been installed in the cottage. Feel free to use the fire pit outside where there is lots of free firewood to use! The beach is only 500 metres away, or a 5 minute walk down Dune Drive and Bond Road.
We have itchy feet and love to travel. Our life motto has always been "Invest in Memories". There is lots of space in our cottage, so welcome and invest some great memories at Port Franks! I am available 24/7 by text or phone call if you need me.
Port Franks is a very quiet community. Please no loud parties in this neighbourhood. It has it's own nature trails, river, tennis court and is just a few minutes away from beautiful Pinery Provincial Park. It is also 15 minutes away from Grand Bend, the Huron County Playhouse, and the Ipperwash Beach Club - an excellent restaurant just 10 minutes away. There is no public transportation in Port Franks.
