New basement suite, in a brand new home, new community of Seton. Rather quiet, yet close to the most important public facilities. Peaceful, spacious, family friendly home, away from home! Visit parks, playgrounds, cafes, restaurants, shopping, YMCA and South Health Campus, all within few minutes drive! Calgary downtown and Calgary Airport is less than 30mins drive away.
