Guest Rules: Guests will have full private access to the entire home during their stay, including: 🛋️ Main Floor – Spacious living rooms, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen 🛌 All 5 bedrooms – including the primary suite with ensuite bathroom 🛁 3.5 full bathrooms – no need to share! 🧺 Laundry Room – washer, dryer, iron & ironing board available 🌳 Backyard – ideal for relaxing or enjoying a morning coffee 🚗 Driveway & Garage – free parking for two vehicles Note: Please note that the basement is not accessible, as it is occupied by long-term tenants. We offer self check-in with a secure smart lock/keypad for your convenience. To ensure a comfortable stay for all guests and maintain the quality of our home, please note the following: 🚭 No smoking inside the home (including vapes or cannabis) 🐾 No pets allowed unless pre-approved 🎉 No parties or large gatherings – quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM 👶 Children are welcome, but the home is not baby-proofed (please supervise) 🚫 Please do not rearrange furniture or wall decor 🧹 Kindly treat the home with care and leave it tidy upon checkout 👥 Guest Policy: Please ensure your booking reflects the accurate number of guests to avoid any issues during your stay. 🚗 Parking Instructions: Airbnb guests are kindly requested to park on the left side of the driveway. The right side is reserved for basement tenants and must be kept clear at all times. Additional House Rules: 1. Strict No-Party Policy (Including Quiet Hours):Absolutely no parties or events are allowed on the property at any time, especially during quiet hours (10 PM – 7 AM). If we find any evidence of a party (including party materials, excessive noise, complaints from neighbours, or security alerts), the guest will be held fully responsible and charged a fine. 2. No Smoking Policy: If any evidence of smoking is found (including cigarette butts, smoke smell, or ashes), a cleaning fee will be charged. Thanks.
