Located in the gorgeous Rivergrass development, this 2 storey condominium is over 1100sqft in size offering ample room for your getaway. With beautiful views of Blue Mountain and Monterra Golf Course you are sure to find your stay relaxing. The condo features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and all rentals include free, unlimited wifi as well as linens and towels. The condo is a true 'home away from home' offering a spacious seating/dining area, kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and 3 bedrooms. There is also a full/double pull-out couch in the sitting area for slightly larger groups/families. There is also a balcony with views of the golf course where you can enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. The use of personal/portable BBQ's on the balcony is strictly prohibited.
