Modern, newly renovated and 7 minute walk to beautiful powder sand beaches and sunsets right over the water • Heated salt water outdoor pool • Huge deck w comfortable loungers and chairs, Big Green Egg charcoal BBQ, SONOS music & outdoor speakers • Massive selection of board games and indoor activities like table tennis, pool, foosball, and poker table • High speed internet indoor and outdoor, 3 large TV's with Netflix, and Wii • Charging for Tesla and other electric vehicles

Neighbourhood information

The home is located in a peaceful and quiet residential area (mostly cottages) just minutes from one of the most gorgeous crystal clear water and powder sand beaches in North America. The home is very private surrounded by trees on three sides and a privacy fence on the other. There is parking onsite. Beach is within walking distance, but you'll need a vehicle to go shopping for groceries.
