Situated directly on the coastline of Passamaquoddy Bay, nestled within 28 acres, the Carriage House offers a unique opportunity for relaxation, solace and stunning sunsets. You will have spectacular views of the Bay and across to St. Andrews and Ministers Island. Walk to our beach to explore the beautiful coastline and experience the dramatic Fundy tides (Up to 21ft between high/low water), or relax on the large deck watching the bald eagles glide by. A birders paradise. The Carriage House consists of an open plan lounge, kitchen area with access via 8ft patio doors to a large westerly facing deck overlooking Passamaquoddy bay. The deck has two sun loungers, a Weber Bbq, table and chairs. The newly fitted kitchen with granite countertops has all the facilities you will need. The bedroom with king size bed affords spectacular views over the bay from the large picture window. The en-suite bathroom has a large soaker bath, shower. toilet and vanity. Air conditioning and heat is provided by the convenience of a heat pump with an additional Pacific Energy wood stove. Below the accommodation is a small gym with a Concept 2 rowing machine, recumbent cycle and treadmill. There is a 50” TV on the wall to take your mind off your pain as you work out. A small utility room also contains a washer & dryer and further toilet. We will always do our best to answer any questions or give you whatever advice we can on what and where to visit. We are close by to the fishing village of Back Bay, and Greens Point Lighthouse & Museum.
