Even our farm is pretty secluded we are close to all attactions in the area. Annapolis Royal and Digby are only 15 minutes away.. We are only 10 minutes away from Upper Clements Park, 40 minutes from Keji National Park and 50 minutes from sandy beaches.
My name is Saskia and together with my husband we operate Bear River Farms, a certified Biodynamic Farm. We grow grain, that we mill into flour that and that we use to bake a unique Sourdough Rye Bread.
We also grow a couple head of Cattle, some pigs and Chickens. Our three on farm apartments are used during the winter month for Seminars and Workshops. In the summer month we offer them for rent to interested people who enjoy the country life and want experience a real working "Old McDonalds Farm".
