This gorgeous, remote-work-friendly, 2 bedroom condo is large enough to host 4 guests at a time. There are 2 King sized beds, plus fold out sofa-bed in the living room. Enjoy the city views and all the natural light that the floor-to-ceiling-windows offer. Featuring an open concept design, fully equipped kitchen (with a dishwasher), in suite laundry machines, and dedicated workstation with free wifi. We're walking distance from Stampede Park; in the Beltline neighbourhood. • The COLOURS BY BATTISTELLA is a privately-owned residential condo building with no specific services or amenities for rental guests. All confirmed bookings indicate guest agreement to adhere to the property's residential bylaws and community standards. KEY PICK-UP: • Please note that keys for the unit must be picked up at an alternate KeyNest location before 10:00 PM. • Please note that the dishwasher is currently not available to use. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause and do not hesitate to contact us if you have any other concern. • We offer on-site, underground parking for one vehicle at CAD20 per night. Please inquire for further details about obtaining a parking pass. To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! • No smoking or vaping inside the unit or in common areas. • Pets are strictly not allowed in this short-term rental.
