Simply the most popular area of ​​Trois-Rivières, close to everything, whether it's to celebrate downtown, or for a walk in the magnificent landscapes of the river and the bridge, it's the best place to do it! Parc Laviolette (water games, soccer, tennis) is within walking distance. You can leave the house, take a walk along the water to the foot of the bridge where you will find a dock, and the most beautiful view of Trois-Rivières! We have a "Car Port" roof with two parking spaces and the rest of the driveway that can accommodate up to 2 other cars, otherwise you can leave the vehicles on the street (except on stormy days)
