Stunning walkout basement, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with modern amenities and an experience all can enjoy. Private ravine lot with lots of space to relax. Great location with quick access to Hwy 410 and 20 mins from Toronto Pearson Airport. 5 mins drive to Walmart & restaurants. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all of the appliances and amenities you'd find at home, including a coffee maker and the double-door fridge with plenty of room for your groceries.Price based on 2 adults and 2 kids.
10 Minutes walk to Heart Lake Conservation area (Fishing, hiking, Treetop Trekking, Zip line, Pool, Splash Pad and Picnic area. 1 bus to shopping mall. 5-10 mins to Trinity outlet mall (restaurants and shopping).
