Property information

Entire apartment in Lugano, but at the same time in the green. Equipped with outdoor space, parking, kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom, suitable for 2 to 4 people. The apartment is located in a single-family house in a very quiet area. City center and train station are within walking distance in 15 minutes. University, Hospital and various shops are also within walking distance. Bus stops at 5 minutes walking distance. Very easy check in/out thanks to a keybox.
