Apartment situated at the heart of Montreux, in a house with historic flair. Only 3 minutes away from the train station and 5 minutes away from the Leman Lake (walking distance). Bus stop a few meters away. Arrival/departure times super flexible. Located in a quiet area, near all shops, restaurants and public transportation. Departure for great mountain trips and lake cruises only a few minutes away (walking distance). This private apartment sleeps up to two adults. It has one big bedroom (approx. 19m2 / 43 m3) with one comfortable double bed, TV, wardrobe, armchair and writing desk. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine and tea kettle. This bathroom offers a WC, single wash basin and a comfortable combined bathtub and shower. Lake view from the bedroom and the kitchen. Located on a street with limited traffic (authorized residents only), and with a beautiful alkaline water source and a small restaurant with delicious home made pizzas, pasta and desserts. Family with young children welcome - baby care items available.
Your hosts: a married couple with 3 children, who welcome you warmly in French, English and Portuguese. We love animals and have a few at home, so friendly animals are welcome (for free).
Situated only 3 minutes away from the train station and 5 minutes away from the Lake of Geneva (walking distance) ; restaurants, public transportation and shops nearby. Bus stop 50m away. Visitors benefit from free transportation (bus, train, boat) in our Region with the Riviera Card (provided by the host), as well as Museums and mountain trips. Excursion destinations: Léman Lac with pathway to Chillon Castle (3 km distance), extensive hiking/ski trails in the Alps and Portes du Soleil. The cog railway is only a few minutes away and takes you high above and in less than an hour you’ll bear witness to the breathtaking panorama of the Rochers de Naye. Exciting cities nearby.
