Attic apartment with fireplace and balcony. Independent entrance with a small garden. Equipped with all kind of services, like air conditioning, large screen television with international channels, SkySport and Netflix. Free drinks (coffee, beer, sparkling water, wine, etc.). Comfortable and large beds. Linen and towels provided. Free small private parking or near underground public parking (free for guests). Apartment available all year round, even for long periods (agreed price). Modern bathroom with shower and wash maschine. Fireplace for romantic moments and heating and fireplace. Check-in & check-out at any time (key-box with code). Sauna and jacuzzi not on site, but upon request will be given a voucher for the Splash&Spa in Rivera, a 20-minute drive away.
Andy, a simple, open-minded person. A hobby landlord who is attentive to the needs of his guests and always available for last minute requests. Always reachable by phone at all hours of the day. Reliable, accommodating and not taxing on administrative matters. Simplicity and courtesy. I like honest, polite and clean people. I hope you will find a place where you can relax and enjoy your stay for private or business purposes. See you soon!
In a sunny area. Ideal for a couple who wants to spend the vacations in a quiet environment, in a hilly area and a few kilometers from Lugano. Ideal starting point for hiking, biking (e-bikes for rent in the structure). In the village there are 3 grocery stores including a butcher store, restaurants, pharmacy, post office. Nearby, public parking, grocery stores, restaurants and public transport (to and from the train station of Lugano).
