The fine print
It is important to know that you can arrive at the accommodation and self-check in at any time, but the partner will be available by phone only from 3:00 PM to 6:30 PM in case you have any problems collecting the key.
Please leave your shoes at the entrance of the penthouse apartment. Smoking is not permitted inside the penthouse apartment.
We only accept guests who have been registered through the platform. Each additional guest will be charged CHF 100.00 per night.
Infants aged 0 to 4 who have not been registered through the platform will also be charged CHF 50.00 per night.
Pets are not allowed at the property
Wi-Fi. To connect to the internet, you can use the QR code located next to the main door or copy the code located on the router under the TV.
In the kitchen, you will find coffee, tea, sugar, and some basic cooking spices. There are also other groceries left by other guests. You can use what you need.
The bathroom is equipped with toilet paper, shower gel, hand soap, and towels.
Parties are not permitted.
It is forbidden to receive visitors of more than two people. Visitors cannot stay overnight in my accommodation. I will prepare the beds and towels according to the number of people you have booked.
If you damage anything, please let me know and arrange for a replacement.
Please turn off the lights, fan, and air conditioning when you leave the penthouse each day.
Please leave the kitchen clean and tidy.
The grill can be used and should be cleaned afterwards. The grill runs on gas, but you must purchase the required gas. Sometimes the previous guest left gas in the container.
All the plants are real, and touching them is prohibited. I would really appreciate it if you could just water the plants on the terrace. If you're planning a very long stay, I'll definitely come to the penthouse apartment to water the plants. I always let you know in advance via text message.
There are two USB ports in the kitchen that you can use to charge your electronic devices if yours isn't compatible with the Swiss system.
Please always lock the front door with your key.
Please always use a tablecloth when eating to prevent the table from getting dirty.
Switzerland has very strict regulations regarding garbage. Garbage may only be disposed of in the designated containers in blue bags (fee-based). A gray container is provided for this purpose. I provide one or two blue bags for garbage. When you leave the apartment, please place all waste in the blue garbage bags and dispose of it in the appropriate containers.
The glass doors to the balcony are complicated to operate, so we always explain how to open and close them to prevent damage.
The parasol on the terrace must remain closed when not in use.
Please inform Atikka, Penthouse in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
If you cause damage to the property during your stay, you could be asked to pay up to CHF 300 after check-out, according to this property's Damage Policy.
