Beautiful apartment for rent with top-of-the-range equipment. Living room of 40 m2 with open fully equipped kitchen and central island. Bedroom of 14 m2 with 250 cm fitted wardrobe and 160 cm bed with storage. Bathroom of 6 m2 with opening on the bedroom and outside, Italian shower and WC. The 27 m2 terrace offers an unobstructed view of the lake from October to April. The rest of the year, the lake remains visible through the leaves of the trees.
I'll be happy to advise you before and during your stay.
5-10 minutes walk to the lake, Prilly-Malley train station. 10 -15 minutes walk to EPFL, University of Lausanne, Lausanne Center. 35 minutes by car from Geneva airport. Close to all amenities including metro M1, vaudoise arena, prilly malley train station, university and EPFL.
