Welcome to the charming studio in Faulensee on beautiful Lake Thun! At Bijou Sternen you’ll find a cozy retreat for a relaxing short stay in the breathtaking Lake Thun region. The studio is ideal for a maximum of 2 adults. The apartment includes: a small sleeping area with a double bed (160x200) a compact living room with sofa a fully equipped kitchen with Nespresso machine and kettle a small bathroom with shower From the studio you have a view of Lake Thun across the street. In just a few steps you’ll reach the lakeside, where you can enjoy the scenery or take a refreshing swim. A private outdoor parking space is available in front of the house (included in the price). Note: The studio is built into the main house and has windows only facing the street side. The main road passes directly in front of the apartment, so some traffic noise may occur. Important information: The local tourist taxes must be paid before arrival via a Stripe link, which we will send to you separately.

Neighbourhood information

Faulensee is a picturesque village right on the shores of Lake Thun in the Bernese Oberland, with breathtaking views of the Alpine panorama. In the village you will find various restaurants and a Volg grocery store (open MO-SA). From here, you can also reach the beautiful lakeside resort of Faulensee, which lies directly on the deep blue waters of Lake Thun and is freely accessible all year round. Take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside path from Faulensee to Spiez and enjoy the panoramic view of the lake and mountains. Faulensee is the perfect starting point for exploring the Bernese Oberland. Faulensee is around 16 km from Interlaken and just under 13 km from Thun. Our bijou is also easy to reach by public transport from Thun or Interlaken. The bus stop "Faulensee, Am See" is just a few minutes' walk from our Bijou.
