Authentic cozy mountain chalet of 4 * for 4 people of 125 m2 with two bedrooms and modern interior. Ideally located in a quiet environment about 5 minutes by car from the start of the ski slopes. This chalet offers a living space that is both cozy and contemporary. Ground floor: Kitchen equipped with large fridge with freezer section, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, raclette machine and fondue set. A small terrace with garden furniture, a charcoal BBQ and a balcony all around the chalet. A bright living room with a modern stove, a Bluetooth “Marchal” device and a TV. Dining table with a breathtaking view of the Val d'Hérens and Dent-Blanche. A separate toilet. A mezzanine with relaxation area. Sleeping area on the lower level: Two bedrooms with a double bed in each. A shower room with WC, double sink and Italian shower. A laundry room with washing machine and dryer. Two outdoor parking spaces along the main road.
