Just a 1-minute walk from the lake, you will be caressed by the refreshing breeze and the calm waters. The modern flat, bathed in natural light, creates a warm and inviting atmosphere, while the comfortable furnishings provide an ideal space for relaxation and regeneration. Would you like to spend a quiet evening watching a film? For our guests, we provide a blue parking pass, allowing free parking without the hassle of parking or time discs. Neighbourhood information

Along the narrow alleys leading down to the lake, one can admire picturesque corners, gardens where lemons, oranges and cedars grow in the open air and some beautiful mansions. Besides its tobacco and cigar factory, Brissago is famous for its islands, which from above look like patches of deep green in the blue of the lake. From 1885 to 1928, Baroness Antoinette Saint-Léger, a Russian of German origin, planted a botanical garden there designed as an earthly paradise, and her successor, the department store king Max Emden, continued the work. Today, her neoclassical villa houses a restaurant and the administration of the Canton Ticino Botanical Park. Their plants are still there, along with camphor-scented Himalayan cinnamon, Madagascar gladiolus, North American swamp bald cypress with its trunk submerged in water and many other exotic essences. The Brissago Islands, easily reached by boat, benefit from the mildest climate in Switzerland and can best be admired from Ronco s/Ascona, a sun-kissed village, beautifully perched on a hillside and characterised by the church of San Martino, which dominates the surrounding landscape. Dotted with luxurious villas, the hill between Ronco and Monte Verità above Ascona is criss-crossed by one of the most beautiful panoramic walks. Here, especially on bright winter and spring days, one discovers all the charm of the south: mimosas and agaves grow between the walls and the view offers glimpses of the lake of rare beauty.
