Welcome to the Casa Campanula, the perfect getaway in the Swiss Alps. Located just on the edge of Laax, one of Switzerland's most prestigious winter sports towns, this house is very special: It features close proximity to all kinds of activities, from sightseeing to sports all year round, but is still located in such a secluded way that it features a lot of privacy. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, washer and dryer, modern kitchen, garage, car parking with free EV-charging, 3D HD TV with surround - all here!
Hi! We are Judith and Markus, we own this property in the 3rd generation. We live in Bern, about 2.5 hours away by car, but we spend a lot of time at the property ourselves. It's our happy place, truly a little slice of heaven - and we hope it can be the same for you!
Located right on the edge of town (it's actually the last house still on Laax ground), the place is in a quiet neighborhood with no through traffic. People here love their peaceful little paradise, are friendly and good-humored.
