Casa Tricolina is a spacious maisonette apartment spread over three levels, offering plenty of light, space, and style.
It features 4 bedrooms as well as an open attic with an additional sofa bed – ideal for families, quiet groups of friends, or guests looking for peace and space.
Two bathrooms (one with shower, one with bathtub) and a separate WC provide extra comfort. The bright living area with fireplace invites you to relax. Three outdoor spaces – a terrace, a balcony, and a rooftop balcony – offer sunny retreats with views of the surrounding Seeland and partial views of Lake Biel.
The practical, fully equipped kitchen is perfect for cooking together. A washing machine and dryer are also available. Two garage parking spaces round off the offer. The apartment is quietly located and ideal for a relaxing holiday in nature.

Note on insects – nature included:
Our apartments are located in some of the most beautiful natural regions of Switzerland – by the lake, in the mountains, or surrounded by greenery. With this setting, it may happen that some little visitors from nature show up. Despite thorough and regular cleaning, insects such as mosquitoes, spiders, or beetles may occasionally find their way inside – especially in summer or when windows are left open. If you love nature, you will feel right at home here.
Neighbourhood information
From the house, you can reach the lakeshore of Lüscherz on foot in about 10–15 minutes – perfect for swimming, walking, or boat trips. The surrounding area invites you to enjoy leisurely hikes, cycling tours, or excursions into the vineyards. During the warmer months, boats regularly operate on Lake Biel (e.g., to Erlach or Twann). For larger shopping trips, the nearby towns of Ins or Erlach are recommended (both offer supermarkets, pharmacies, etc.).
Two parking spaces are available directly in the garage.
Casa Tricolina is located in the quiet and sunny residential area of Riedmatte, above the village center of Lüscherz. The surroundings are characterized by well-kept gardens, a Mediterranean flair, and beautiful views of the Seeland region. Within a few minutes’ walk, you can reach the lakeshore, charming vineyards, and numerous hiking and walking trails. Despite its peaceful setting, the property is well connected – Erlach or Ins can be reached by car in about 15 minutes. The ideal location for those seeking peace, nature lovers, and families.
