Chalet located in Tsamandon, very sunny position & magnificent view of valley & mountains, less than 1km from the Tracouet cable car. For up to 10 people. 2 large terraces facing S & W, balcony & garden. Living room floor: Entrance to the chalet with cloakroom & separate toilet / Comfortable living room with cable TV, fireplace & view of the Alps / Newly fitted kitchen with dining area. Upper floor: 1 bedroom with 2 single beds and washbasin / Relaxation area with a smart TV with internet access via WIFI. Lower floor: 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds /1 bedroom with bunk beds & washbasin in the bedroom / 1 bedroom with double bed & en-suite bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet, washing machine & dryer) / 1 bathroom (bath, washbasin, toilet) / 1 shower room (shower & washbasin). 2 to 3 outdoor parking spaces, 1 small car in garage/ski room / Charging station for 11KW electric car (fee payable) Induction hob, dishwasher, combi oven, fridge, Nespresso & filter coffee machine, toaster, kettle, raclette (with small pans) and cheese fondue set/ charcoal barbecue/ WIFI/ hair dryer. Good to know: Charcoal for BBQ & wood for the fireplace is not provided. Please also note that bachelor/bachelorette parties or other noisy parties are not allowed. In case of nuisance and complaints from neighbours we reserve the right to ask you to leave the premises without refund. All taxes, final cleaning and bed linen are included in the total price for the number of persons indicated at the time of booking. Additional sheets and towels for CHF 30/person. Optional baby pack for CHF 25 (cot, fitted sheet, bath towels and high chair).
