Large 5-room chalet with 170 m2 on 2 floors, with spectacular views of the Matterhorn. Large terrace, south-facing with balcony furniture, south-facing balcony. Spacious rooms, bright, beautiful and modern furnishings with natural stone floors. On the first floor: open living/dining area with 2 leather sofas, large wooden table, TV (75 inch) and DVD. Exit to the terrace and garden. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (90x200 cm). Large, open kitchen with oven, steamer, dishwasher, induction hob, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, coffee machine, raclette grill, fondue Set. Shower/WC. Upper floor: 1 master bedroom with 1 double bed (2 box-spring mattresses 90x200 cm). Exit to the balcony, south facing position. 1 double bedroom with 2 beds (2 box-spring mattresses 90x200 cm). 1 reading/children's bedroom with 1 bed (70x140 cm). Small office. Bath/shower/WC. At your disposal: Washing machine, tumble dryer, children's high chair, 2 hairdryers. WLAN. Please note: Non-smoking accommodation. In the house: shared entrance and ski room, central heating. Steps up to the house. Cab cannot drive up to the house.

In the district of Petit Village, 900 m from the center of Zermatt, in a quiet, sunny, elevated position, south facing position. Steps up to the house. Supermarket 900 m, restaurant 250 m, bakery 700 m, bicycle rental 500 m, center within 10 minutes on foot, bus stop "Wiestibrücke" 500 m, railroad station "Bahnhof Zermatt" 900 m. Mountain railroad 700 m, ski rental 500 m, ski school 800 m. Cab cannot drive up to the house.
