Historic charm meets modern comfort. Chasa 32 is a lovingly restored Engadine house dating back to the 17th century. During the comprehensive renovation in 2017, special care was taken to preserve the historical features of the former farmhouse while creating a modern, high-quality living environment. The haus offers comfortable underfloor heating and contains of 2 apartments one above each other, each has a living space of approx. 95 m². Please note: stairs must be used to access the property. Apartment features: - 3 bedrooms with double beds (blackout via pleated blinds) - Spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area – fully equipped and comfortably furnished. The apartment accommodates up to 6 guests - 1 large shower room with double sink and 1 separate, spacious WC with washbasin - TV with 30 hours of Comeback TV, DVD player - Wi-Fi available in both apartments - Large north-facing terrace with seating / or garden - Washing machine and dryer available for shared use - Storage for winter sports gear and bicycles - 1 private parking space at the house, additional spaces available at the village parking lot (CHF 20/week) Dog-friendly: Dear four-legged friends – welcome to paradise with plenty of clear mountain streams to drink from, cool off in, and splash around. With a bit of consideration for others, you can enjoy a freedom here that’s hard to find elsewhere. In winter, no road salt is used, and on New Year's Eve, you'll hear only the bells ringing instead of fireworks. Guarda is an authentic Engadine village situated on a sunny plateau, known for its historic houses, peaceful atmosphere, and unspoiled nature. Hiking trails, bike routes, fire pits, and the Swiss National Park are right at your doorstep. A sports and playground is just 200 m from the accommodation. In winter, top ski resorts such as Scuol and Davos/Klosters (20–30 minutes away) await you. The Bogn Engiadina wellness spa in Scuol is just a 20-minute drive. Several restaurants in the village and a well-stocked local grocery shop open daily complete the offering – making Guarda ideal for both relaxation and active holidays.
