Living room with a pair of sofas, dining area and covered south-facing balcony. Well-equipped kitchen and full bathroom with tub. Wifi. Parking space in the garage (max height 1. 95 cm). The fireplace is only decorative and cannot be used. The apartment does not have a laundry room.

The apartment has a spectacular view of the surrounding valley, with a beautiful terrace facing South-East. St. Moritz is 20km away, the Zuoz ski lift is only 1km away. The "Coop" supermarket is 2km away in the direction of Zuoz or alternatively in the direction of St. Moritz, the Samedan shopping area is about 8-10km away.
