Speciale Home is are a real estate agency that deals with short term rent. We're a group of enthusiasts who want to grow tourism in the Engadine valley.

Property information

The house develops over three floors. On the mezzanine floor there is a welcoming living room with kitchen, equipped with a small private garden. The living area is equipped with a large table for six people and a lounge with seating for another six people, as well as a TV with satellite channels. On the first floor there are a bathroom with a bathtub, a service bathroom and three bedrooms: the first with a double bed, the second with two single beds that can be joined and the third with a bunk bed accompanied by a third pull-out bed. In the basement are the technical rooms, the ski room and the laundry room.

Neighbourhood information

Chesa Gulas is a house located at the entrance of Val Chamuera. It is located a short distance from the Musella children's ski lift and cross-country ski slopes. The La Punt train station is 1.5 km away, while the shops are slightly closer. The bus station is 260 metres from the house and from here you can reach the entire valley. In summer, walking trails start directly from the house. St. Moritz is 15 km away.
