The apartment is located on the first floor of the complex without a lift and has a surface area of approximately 100 square meters. The apartment is divided on two levels. On the first level there is a large living room with access to the south-facing balcony. Well equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, one double and the other with a bunk bed. Full bathroom with tub. On the second level accessible by a very steep internal staircase, large bedroom under the roof with two single beds and complete bathroom with shower. Parking space in the garage. The house is located less than 500 m from the Marguns and Corviglia ski lifts, with stunning views of the Engadine mountains and lakes.
