This one-bedroom apartment is a ground floor apartment in a renovated 200-year-old building. The Apartment Dependance West has everything you could wish for. Comfortable seating and a well-equipped kitchen with a Nespresso coffee machine in a bright, spacious and modern ambience. You'll have a flat screen TV with Satellite and free WIFI. The bathroom has a walk-in rainwater shower. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer. The bedroom is airy and offers a queen-size bed. Underfloor heating throughout the apartment makes for a lovely atmosphere. For those moments when you would like to relax, we offer a shared spa area which can be reserved for private use. This includes a sauna/infrared cabin. There's a communal area with a pool table and some books. And just in case you still have some energy to burn, there’s a fitness room.

Centrally located, the house has a bus stop right at the front door, connecting your apartment to both train stations. A forest across the road offers quiet greenery within walking distance.
