Luxurious 6 1/2-Room Penthouse, 145 m² (8 beds) in a Multi-Family House in Flims Waldhaus The apartment spans two levels and is arranged as follows: Main Floor: Entrance with a wardrobe area and three spacious bedrooms. The open-plan living and dining area connects to the kitchen and offers direct access to a south-facing, sheltered balcony, where you can enjoy the beautiful, unobstructed views of the Flims forest and surrounding mountains in complete privacy. The living room features a stunning fireplace. A guest toilet and a large bathroom with double sink, shower, and toilet complete the main floor. Gallery Floor: An internal staircase leads to the gallery floor. Here, you will find another very large bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a freestanding bathtub, allowing you to enjoy the starry sky. Additionally, the gallery floor includes a “Jägerstübli” – a cozy room that can be used as an office/TV room with sleeping option or as an additional spacious bedroom. Two underground parking spaces, a shared laundry room with washing machine and dryer, as well as a communal ski and bicycle storage room are also available.

The apartment is located in an extremely sunny location, just a short distance from Lake Cauma. Shops, restaurants, and other amenities are within easy walking distance. The nearest bus stop is only 2–3 minutes on foot and just 2–3 stops from the Flims and Laax cable cars.
