Welcome to the Edelweiss Holiday Apartment Mira Neiv. The comfortable 4.5-room apartment (105 m², 6 beds) offers a high level of living comfort with two modern bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), a fully equipped kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one guest room with two single beds (which can be placed together or separately), one children’s room with two built-in bunk beds, as well as a spacious living and dining area. For shared use within the building, a ski room, terrace, washing machine, and tumble dryer are available on the same floor. In addition, the apartment has a private storage room with a ski boot dryer, a garage, and a second parking space directly in front of the house. The garage parking space, Wi-Fi, utilities (heating, electricity, water), and all taxes are included in the total price. Please note that this is a non-smoking apartment and pets are not allowed.

Neighbourhood information

The Bellavita apartment is located above Flims, in the Prau Giosch district. In winter, if snow conditions are good, there is a ski run right next to the house that takes you directly to the Flims cable cars. The bus stop, Flims Dorf, Val Tgiern (operating only during the winter season), is a 7-minute walk away. In summer, you can explore the numerous hiking and mountain biking trails that lead to some of the most beautiful viewpoints in the region.
