The 2 1/2 room apartment "Sunneschii" is located in an exclusive residential area, high above Davos Dorf, at the end of a private road. It is 67m2, has a fantastic view over Davos Dorf, the Golf Club and the ski arena Jakobshorn. Very quiet area, surrounded by greenery. The ski slope of the Parsenn area can be reached directly from the house. Many hiking and cycling trails, including to the Schatzalp, start right behind the house. The apartment has a bedroom with a view, a living room with a separate dining area, a kitchen with dishwasher and a bathroom with shower. The apartment is very nicely decorated. Nothing is missing. Sunny slope, south facing, quiet, private road, view, balcony and patio, ski room, bike room, covered parking, etc. In winter, a four-wheel drive vehicle or chains is necessary. The entire house is on a slope. The garden level with the apartment Sunneschii can be reached via two stairs in the stairwell. As the apartment is above Davos, it is good to have a car.
