We are a holiday rental company in Arosa with several years of experience and with various partnerships with other companies in the area. Our goal is for our clients to enjoy a unique experience in this special place in the Alps. We are available all year round and have several properties in Arosa.

Property information

Beautifully renovated 2.5-room flat with one bedroom and a comfortable sofa bed. Up to 4 guests can be accommodated on request. The apartment has been recently renovated and boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, fondue and raclette set, and a Nespresso coffee machine. The living room is cozy and has a comfortable sofa bed, while the bedroom has a comfy double bed and a wardrobe with plenty of space for your clothes. The bathroom has been completely renovated and has a large shower with rain shower. It has a garage and a spacious terrace that offers breathtaking views of the mountains and the town center, and if you need to stay connected, don't worry - the property also has high-speed internet and cable TV.

Neighbourhood information

It's located in the heart of the town on the main street, just a stone's throw away from the beautiful Obersee lake and the train station. It also has the added benefit of being near the ski lift (Tschuggen-Ost) and the cable car (Arosa Bergbahnen).
