This renovated duplex apartment accommodates up to 4 guests. With a bedroom upstairs and a cozy sofa bed in the living room, it combines charm and comfort. Ideally located in Liddes, near the Great St. Bernard Pass, it offers quick access to ski slopes in winter and hiking trails in summer – perfect for nature and mountain lovers all year round. The 68 m² space is bright and well designed: on the ground floor, enjoy a spacious living area with a fully equipped modern kitchen (induction stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster), a dining table, and a small lounge corner with two armchairs. A separate living room with sofa bed, smart TV, and desk is perfect for quiet evenings or remote work. The bathroom with shower, toilet, mirrored cabinet, and hairdryer is also located here. Upstairs, a cozy bedroom with two single beds ensures restful nights. The apartment also has a vacuum cleaner, ideal for longer stays. Laundry, bed linens, and towels are included. The only additional charge is the local tourist tax, required in Switzerland to support cultural, sporting, and tourism facilities.
