This charming chalet has been recently renovated while preserving its authentic Valaisan character. It is accessible by car or by cable car from Mörel. Just a 5-minute walk away, you’ll find the lift connecting to both Riederalp and Mörel. Parking is available for a fee in both Mörel and Ried-Mörel. We offer two separate apartments (one upstairs and one downstairs), where you can feel at home in the heart of the mountains.
I’m Deborah, your main host. I have a background in hospitality and tourism, with international experience and professional training in the field. I’ve already managed two hotels and will be your main point of contact during your stay. As I often travel around the world, my mother will be available in case of emergencies (which we hope won't happen!).
Ried-Mörel is a peaceful mountain village in the canton of Valais, located on a sunny plateau above the Rhone Valley. It is part of the Riederalp municipality and can be reached by car or cable car from Mörel. It’s the perfect starting point for hikes, forest walks, and winter activities, just minutes from the Aletsch Arena and the UNESCO-listed Aletsch Glacier.
