Company information

The former barn-stable has a stone base, which used to house cows and small livestock, topped by a traditional wooden construction that served as a hay store. It was used as such until the mid-1980s. Its transformation into holiday accommodation was carried out entirely by local artisans, with the greatest care and respect for the unique heritage of these buildings, which are found throughout the Alps. Intervention on the exterior of the building was limited to the creation of modest openings on the south and west façades, and a larger opening on the north facade. A large terrace of 70 m2, adjacent to the living room and kitchen, offers a spacious relaxation area and a spectacular view of the valley below and the surrounding mountains. The meticulous renovation work and the latest technical equipment give this holiday home a unique comfort and quality of stay. The Grange de Soulalex has an automated pellet heating system and a photovoltaic system on the roof. The restoration and refurbishment work was completed in April 2022.
