Large 173 square meters penthouse on the fourth floor (without elevator) it has 7 rooms plus two big balconies, one with a fireplace where you can enjoy beautiful sunsets over Lake Sempach and the other with mountain views facing mount Pilatus and Rigi. The beautiful Sempach town center with nice restaurants, groceries, and other shops is just 5 walking minutes away. It is the perfect location for visiting Lucerne, Titlis, mount Pilatus, Interlaken, Jungfrau, and many more beautiful attractions

Once you collected the key, you may also park in the Garage. Our Parking spot is Nr. 68 the last one on the right after you dive in the Garage and turn right. The garage is about 100m away from the house. The nearest bus station about 2 walking minutes away. The closest groceries store is also just about 5 walking minutes away.
